  • Was very disappointed with my stay here. Though the hotel was "recently updated", it has not been maintained well at all. The laminate wood flooring was very, very dirty. The mini-fridge I paid extra to have was broken and didn't even work! I had been driving all day and was counting on it upon arrival to keep food from my cooler cold. Nearly every side of every pillow was stained - gross! The evening staff was not friendly or helpful. Also, if you are a female traveling alone, good luck carrying a heavy suitcase up the huge stairwell on your own. I have never had a hotel experience as bad as this one - I do not recommend it at all!
