  • Haven't been in here in like 12 years since I first moved to CLT...and i regret it. I forgot about how GOOD the food is here. I am so tired of eating at my usual staples....and it's really nice to re-discover this gem. Like everyone says: space is small, parking is limited, eating alone at the bar is comfortable, and waitstaff is friendly and acts like they have known you forever. Went for Sunday Brunch and had 4 in our party. Surprisingly, we got a booth right away. The breakfast food i ordered was an egg plate which had bacon, ham, sausage, peppers, japs, onion and mushrooms on it. I also ordered cheese grits, hash browns, and a piece of coffee cake. I was a hungry boy. The flavors were unmatched by any other brunch in town.....the presentation was full of color and garnished with fresh fruit and greens. All in all....it was nice to look at even more of a pleasure experience to eat. I think im addicted to this place now and will be going back on a regular basis.
