I put in a pretty large order of groceries for delivery to be this morning. I paid extra for the deliverey to be within a 1 hour time frame. My appointment was between 9 and 10 a.m. this morning. It's now 10:56 and no call or groceries. Isn't my time worth something here? I just called their customer service dept. "The driver left the store 40 minutes late". Ok...where was the courtesy call? With all the other delivery services out there these days it's time to jump ship. BYE BYE VONS. you need to be trained in how to treat customers. Btw..it's now 11:03...still no groceries.
