A business with a wonderful and knowledgable sales department along with an on time, courteous delivery service usually would get a 5 star rating from me. But, after having to deal with their customer service department due to a defective mattress, even 1 star is too high a rating. The best thing about finally getting the problem resolved yesterday is that I will never have to deal with or be lied to again by Alyssa. I was also advised that if another problem arises, I might be better off calling the manufacturer direct. Does that mean if there is another problem, you won't stand behind what you sell? It wouldn't surprise me because it sure seemed that way during the 7 months it took to resolve the problem to begin with. Five stars for sales and delivery...a big fat ZERO for service after the sale.
