  • They can't even screw on an oil filter correctly. Oil change left my 1995 Honda Del Sol stranded on the freeway onramp in the middle of traffic. Oil was spewing everywhere and it was a mess. Once I paid to get towed home, I found out that the mechanic never checked the coolant level, windshield fluid, and pretty much every other fluid on this vehicle. They missed very crucial things like the heater hose. It has holes and is spewing coolant like a geyser. On top of that, they made recommendations for services that didn't even need to be done. But most importantly, they made an unsafe car and made it even more unsafe. I will escalate this situation further if no resolution is reached. Please do not use these guys under any circumstance. I will change my view as soon as they make up for the problems that they have caused or made worse.
