  • My puppy has been here several times. The first time she looked and smelt great and was done relatively quick. However, the last two times she went, she was there for six hours. I made a reservation each time but other dogs were being groomed first because their owners requested to pick them up at a certain time. When I called and said I needed to come get her, they said they could get her done an hour sooner, and they did get her done quicker, but her nails weren't clipped and her haircut was all chunky. Unfortunately, I will not be going back. It's not fair my dog sat in a crate for 6 hours waiting and I had to pay for a half way done job.
