rev:text	The people are nice but I am disappointed with the outcome. When I first called I was quoted $75 for 5 rooms and $2 per step on my stairs. To my disappointment when he arrived they quoted me $329. I finally settled for $200 which is still $100 more than I was expecting to pay being that I am on a strict budget. However, after he showed me a section of what it would look like I decided to pay the extra to get my carpets throughly cleaned. All but one of the rooms were empty so I was hopeful that it would be easier for them to get in there and clean the carpets. Again to my disappointment, when I came home some corners look like they weren't cleaned there's some areas that look like there's a yellow mark, my bed post are still imprinted on the carpet which tells me they really didn't go over it. We were told they would be completely dried in 4 to 6 hours but it's been now been 16 hours and still WET. My kids had to sleep on the kitchen floor because after 6 hours the carpets were soaking wet and they couldn't go upstairs. I rated this 3 stars because the guy was nice but an hour isn't enough time to throughly clean carpets. I am a repeat customer and recommend companies that leave lasting impressions but unfortunately this company did not meet my exceptions. I should have read the reviews prior to scheduling this service. I guess the positive reviews are from those who paid top dollar but i can't afford that. I feel that $75 is false advertisement. I included pictures Update to my previous review. I am very satisfied with the customer service. The company does take pride in ensuring they make it right. They came back and My carpets look fantastic after they redid them. They called me multiple times to speak to me to schedule an appointment that worked best for me. I believe in second chances and they definitely proved themselves worthy of my business the second time around.
