  • EDIT - After my initial post, Ross, the new manager at this Starbucks, contacted me regarding the state of things and how he's working to turn them around. He told me that he immediately obtained new shakers with lids after seeing my message, and invited me to come back for a complimentary drink and pastry, which I did this morning. The first thing I noticed is the energy level at this location was completely different than the last time I was there. Ross was working alongside his folks, making drinks, and things appeared to be running smoothly. My drink was excellent, and so was the overall experience. I'm changing my initial rating, as I believe he really is working to improve this Starbucks location. If I have 3-5 good visits in a row, I'll add a fourth star. It's nice to see some people trying to improve things.
