  • I had an AC problem that caused water backup to overflow the drain pan and run through my ceiling. This happened at 10 pm Saturday night. I called American Home Shield and they put in a request for repair to Iceman Cooling and Heating. I didn't expect anyone to call at 10 pm Saturday night. I called them at 8:30 am Sunday morning to their help line that reads "Contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week" and I left a message. No response. I called again at about 12:00 pm. No response. I called American Home Shield. The service agent called all the contact numbers for them and also received no response. Why have a '24-hour help line' number on your website if you don't return phone calls. Monday morning (36 hours later)...still no call from them. I was assigned a different company after the agent failed to reach anyone. Not a good experience with Iceman Cooling and Heating.
