  • I came into the store tonight frustrated bc i was getting charged more then promised for something... i have been in there one extra time to fix the problem, was told it was nothing to worry about that it would be fixed... it wasnt, until tonight... Natasha was so patient with me... She went the extra mile to help me out... She not only had a simple fix that no one else was willing to share, but she also offered to see if there is any way to help make up for my troubles... Thank you Natasha for all your help! I really do appreciate it...
