| - OK, I should have known better when they took me for a ride with their policy on watch batteries as Brian O. noted in his review, but I asked my husband to have a diamond pendant reset there because they had interesting settings. (I know. I know. I didn't check Yelp first.) They were supposed to call him when it was ready, but he had to call them to find out that, the day before it was needed (and they had ample time to do the work), it wasn't quite ready. Well, they managed to finish it on time, but the prongs in the setting are off AND they charged him extra for a chain. Well, I decided to live with the setting for a while, but took the pendant in to exchange the chain--an 18 inch--for an adjustable 16/18 inch chain. They said that they didn't have one in stock, but they would solder a fitting in to make the chain adjustable--for $20. Seriously? Seriously? When they did the setting and sold the chain? No joke, folks, avoid this "business" like the plague--and hold on to your wallet if you even walk by. It's a clip joint, pure and simple.
