I rent cars here frequently for work. The service level is up and down. It does get busy in this tiny location. However, you will not be acknowledged until it's your turn to be waited on. On occasion, the staff will be talking amongst themselves and ignore the person standing there until they are finished. In order to get a full tank of gas needs to be requested. I have been told by employees this is Enterprise policy not to fill up tank. Note - there is a gas station right across the street?? It's easier to return a tank full then try to figure out how to refill it up a half tank. The last two cars I rented were dirty and had trash inside. The inside of the building is not very clean either. At times you will get someone that does a good job, drives a sense of urgency and professional.
