| - Thankful to have sushi burritos in the southwest! You get to choose from nori, soy paper (it's thin, light-weight, with sprinkles of sesame seeds in it), or tortillas for the burrito. Love the many add-ins to choose from to make your own burrito - I can't believe fish eggs are an option! I love tobiko and masago is a happy substitute. If you don't want to customize a burrito, though, they have several of their own burritos to pick from that are well-explained on their menu board. If the menu still kinda perplexes you, the friendly, helpful group of workers will guide you. The fish was soft, the sauces were on-point, the veggies fresh - if they keep this up, I can't see why they wouldn't keep customers frequenting this place! Definitely need to return to try the jachos and donburis.
