  • Based on the recommendation from Friends, we decided to choose this clinic/Doctor as our Ob-Gyn for my Wife's pregnancy. But, as it turned out, am regretting this decision more than ever. As a Doctor, she is good and caring. But the clinic is an absolute mess. Their phone number is simply useless and you never get to talk to a live person. All you get to do is leave a voicemail and then wait FOREVER. They do not call you back, and even if they do they provide the wrong information. For instance we surprisingly got to talk to two people who called regarding my Wife's Glucose blood work results and both gave contrasting diagnosis ! And, they do not track whether even they have got the results or not. When we asked them in person, they had no clue if they had the results back. This whole mess has given us a lot of mental agony. My sincere request to the clinic - If you have a voicemail system only, then honor the commitment of returning back the call at least within an hour. Because, the person leaving the message is not a robot but a live person who is in need of your help. - Thank you.
