  • If I could choose negative stars for this company I would. The window cleaning attempt was a complete waste of money. My husband and I had to redo every window. If you are even remotely particular with your expectations of clean windows, this is not the company for you. Also, do not rely on the accuracy of your phone quote. They tried to collect an additional $70 over the quote I was given. I suggest asking for a quote in person IF you decide to give them a try. I was so upset with the results and the fact that they increased the amount due, that I immediately let them know how disappointed I was. The two men who attempted the work wanted to redo it, but by that time I was so frustrated I just wanted them out of my house. I didn't see how they could possibly clean the mess they had made that included dirty water running down my walls and window seals and incredibly streaky windows. When I called to speak to their boss, I was basically scolded for overreacting and told that I should have let them redo the windows while they were there. The only way this could have been resolved would be for it to have been for free...
