rev:text	So I call ahead of time and ask to speak with an artist and Josh Herrera gets on the phone. I asked him if he had time for a small hand tattoo and he asked me what I want done. I told him the word, BREATHE (7 letters) and the idea and he asked me when I wanted to come in and I say within the hour. He told me to come in and we'd "sketch something out". I get there and I'm talking to Josh and he's tattooing already. Hmmm... anyway, I told him again what I told him over the phone and where I want my tattoo and he that's a lot for that space. Really??? We're talking above my wrist here, not on a finger, which by the way I've seen the same word on fingers so I know my request is reasonable. I've seen bigger tattoos on smaller areas so immediately I'm puzzled. He asked me if I had any other exposed tattoos. I told him about my other tattoos and that where they are. Not exposed but... so what? He goes on to tell me that he won't do my tattoo because I don't have any other exposed tattoos and he wouldn't want to get in the way of me getting a job or anything... WTF??? I told him that I'm not concerned about that. He then says that it's "one of the rules" that he follows and he mentioned some nonsense about morals (he really did) - I told him I'd never heard of such a thing. I personally didn't know there were rules and morals involved in tattooing nor did I go there for a lesson on proper tattoo placement and tattoo ethics. Josh needs to stick to tattooing and not be concerned with where people want their tattoos. It's none of his business and he's overstepping his boundaries. If I don't get a job (he doesn't even know if I'm looking for one, retired, business owner, etc.), that's something I'll have to deal with. Not you, Josh.
