I found this place on Yelp. It was my first experience in Phoenix for this service. It's a well placed and relatively large shop and it's clean. The pedicure chairs are nice and they use plastic liners in the foot baths. My technician spoke and understood very little English. I have an anaphylactic latex allergy and I immediately recognized their gloves as a hazard. It was with a great deal of deliberation, gesticulation and ultimately physically removing my person from the chair that I was able to convey my concern and stop them from exposing me to the latex gloves. I'm surprised that with the rapidly increasing number of people with latex allergies in the world, salons would still use them.
The people were kind and meant well, but the place was not memorable beyond the misunderstanding. It's hard to find a place that isn't just an assembly line.
