  • I have been coming here for years with my family. This last visit was horrible. First a random person walked into our room and walked out as soon as he seen someone was in there. Second they charged a card for damages to the carpet that was not even a card I checked in with or used for anything at resort. I am not sure how they got that card information. Third when I called and asked about it the guys said it didn't matter what card was used that I just need to pay it. That was not my point though, I wanted to know how they got that card information. Which he was not able to get me answer for. Fourth, they also charged a the card that was used at check in and then reversed the payment. They were a mess.
