As a buffet newbie, I can't parse the differences among all the Strip offerings, so keep that in mind.
We went for breakfast. No line at 9 am. Attentive but not annoying service. The food was surprisingly good: high-quality, not overcooked, and varied. An unexpected thumbs-up for the caramelized apples (to add to your oatmeal), the cheese blintzes (top with the blueberry sauce), the African bluenose, and the beef tenderloin.
