I have been going to Chelsea for about 10 years now.
However within the past 3 years I have noticed how unkept and dirty it has been. Chelsea has become the budget hotel of Toronto. This means that all walks of life are coming in. This last time, which was my last...I had been stuck next to the elevator. It was deafening. I immediately asked the desk to change my room, which they did.
Doors are broken, elevators are slow, and cheap brings in the dirty, rude Europeans in, in droves.
I give it 1 star for its workout room. I won't return.
