  • We have lived here a while now. This place is a crap hole. The owners let their dogs crap everywhere and don't care about picking up after them. Every month our rent goes up. For what we pay in rent we could rent a nice house. The hood rat kids trash the jacuzzi and pool area. They throw rocks in the jacuzzi from the cigarette receptacle. They did it 2 weeks ago and I informed the office on several occasions to which they said they would take card of it. It finally got taken care of by a maintenance guy 2 days ago after the manager said oh there are no rocks I was just out there with my boss for an inspection. Ummmm yes the rocks were still there. This place just doesn't care. Once MAA took over this place went downhill and continues to go downhill. They won't hire a pool maintenance company so maintenance takes cars of the pool and it's disgusting and green. For what they charge in rent they can certainly afford to hire a pool company
