  • This is the worst pet store ever. I have read a lot of reviews about this place and all the negative's or low ratings are true. I recently bought a puppy that developed Parvo from them. Heidi is not all that great when I had a problem with my dog she was never available and never return my calls once she found out my dog died. At the time when I bought my dog he was sick with an upper respiratory infection then was dead two weeks later from Parvo. My puppy had to stay one extra week because he was sick and was I was told that the sick puppies share a cage together. I wish I knew who bought the puppy that was in the cage with mine because they probably got Parvo too. Don't ever buy a puppy from here.
