Stay here if you want to be continually harassed by timeshare vacation sales people. Not kidding. Five times between my friend and I in the first hour. One rep was standing in the elevator doorway as if she was a bell person/greeter/security and grabbed my friends luggage handle shaking it asking how long are you staying, how long are you staying! Meanwhile another male sales rep acted as if he was an usher for the hotel and wanted to give me directions and grabbed my room key from my hand "let me see" and then proceeded to give me directions to my room (which differed from the front desk directions) but not before trying to give his sales pitch. I was uncomfortable that this stranger now knew my room number! This bothering continued for the two days we were there. I let concierge know but they clearly did nothing.
Valet pretends that valet is "free"; while the guys work on tips - it really is part of the resort fee.
There is no fridge in the room which is standard these days. The bathroom sink hardware was rusty and didn't drain properly; there were only three towels (we had 4 people in a double room); there was only one standard plug on the nightstand shared by both beds; WIFI (part of resort fee) is limited to two devices per room (um most people have at least one device so this is unreasonable for 4 people in a room); the outside windows were so dirty, photo taking was awful. We had a do not disturb sign on our door but housekeeping still proceeded to knock on our door at 8:45 the morning of checkout.
Also, I noticed another poster posted a photo of cockroach larve. This is concerning since I found a dead cockroach in my home (never saw one before!) a couple days after returning and attributed it to coming from some bags from merchandise purchased from swap meet. Now i wonder!! I will update post if I find anymore.
