  • Don't leave if you want service! My husband and I arrived at 6:50am to beat the Saturday morning rush. We were told there was 1 person in front of us and it'd be about an hour. They said they would call us when it was done. We came back at 8:10am and our car hadn't moved from the spot we left it in, although there were a ton of cars that weren't there at 6:50 that had been moved into the service bays. The manager acted annoyed to see us and said "I said I'd call you!" Yah, he also said our car would be ready in an hour.....in this case the early bird got screwed!
