  • Truly disappointed with the Director (Lesta) of this learning center -- first of all, she did not show up for our first meeting, has poor bookkeeping and kept asking for more money even if we just paid, did not get to talk to my son's school counselor as she said she would during our initial consultation and lastly, failed to return multiple calls even if receptionist physically put my son's chart on her desk. Her unprofessional behavior has put a bad reputation to this learning center. Good thing, tutors were better than her.
