I have always wanted to go to Trader Vic's, even before the "Werewolf of London" whether in San Francisco or Beverly Hills. Leave it to Las Vegas to make my dream come true. And it did not disappoint. The food was fantastic -- mouthwatering so -- and so we went three times during a short stay, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The portions are large but not overwhelming, nor are the Polynesian flavors that add spice to the yummy fish. It's open late, and you can sit outside and listen to music, or avoid the Vegas heat at a cozy table. The service was great, and while a bit pricey, well worth the visit.
