So many times we write reviews about something that has gone wrong or you feel you didn't get treated right. This is just the opposite. I was very happy when I bought my Denali from these guys and they are still doing right by me. I had a service issue that was completely out of warranty. I thought that it should be under warranty but that was my opinion. Never did I raise my voice or anything of that nature. When I drove up I spoke to Craig in the service department. He looked at the issue and then went in to talk to his service mgr. When he came out he said that he would try and bring it to the attention of GMC to see if anything could be done. Well I thought that that would be the end and in a day or I would get a call stating that nothing could be done. Well to my surprise he called and said that GMC couldn't fix the entire thing would pay a portion of it which I thought was very fair. I have made an appointment to get it fixed, they are ordering the part and the right thing was done. Be nice to these guys because when possible they will really try and help you out. Doesn't happen all the time but sometimes things fall into place. Thanks Auto Nation GMC for doing the right thing. I will be buying my next vehicle from you.
