  • This is a REVIEW of service. First service: I went in for a basic basic service- headlight change. They booked me an appointment and I came in on time. I was told it would take roughly an hour to 90 minutes. - Okay, no problem. I wait.-- 90 minutes later after waiting in the lounge which has no wifi- I approach the desk. No one at the desk is even available to talk. I wait 10 minutes. He guy then says "Oh, we don't have the headlight. We need to run to the auto parts store so it will be another 90 minutes." Wow! A headlight component? I left. I came back in 90 minutes. It took another 30 minutes after that. Then they tried charging me over $160 in labor to install a $8 headlight part! I REFUSED. I had just waited 3 hours. Finally I got out of there not paying the full amount, about $100, still a RIP OFF, but still WILL NEVER go back.
