  • I have been going to Dr. Burt for many years! I love Dr. Burt, he listens to your concerns, he takes time with you and is very sincere. BUT the office staff is horrible! They all need to go, they are unprofessional. First off they dont call you for a follow up appointment if your labs come back abnormal, when you call the office they are rude with you, they act like you are bothering them, they lie, they forget your sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen. I have referred many people to Dr Burt, they love him but say the same thing about the staff. So until they get the staff right in this place I have found somewhere else to go.
