  • So many tasty vinegar and olive oil flavors. Apparently I've been really limiting myself and doing it wrong my whole life. We learned a lot about the nuances of olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We also tried many kinds on pizza, salad, pasta and with cheese and crackers. Was so filling! My favorite - which we bought for home- was the peach balsamic. Was pretty tasty alone and on pizza. We'll be sure to, per our host's instructions, to try a little in water.
