  • We come here all the time because it is 30 seconds away from our house, so convenience is huge. My husband & I came here today to see a particular movie, & were told that the projector broke so it was cancelled. Normally we would be bummed out, but the fact management gave us free movie passes without us having to ask definitely makes up for it. This is outstanding customer service if you ask me! We've been to other movie theatres in the past, & definitely have not experienced that kind of service, so this outing will make 2 more loyal Harkins customers!
