  • The appearance of their clinic was beautiful, I was really impressed. Their rapid access clinic is awesome. It's called rapid access because you don't have to wait weeks or months to see a specialist. You can see one the next day. You will experience waiting on the day. The earlier you come the better. I came at 11:00am and waited 2-3 hours. The receptionists are very rude. Don't ask them any questions or you will get a death stare. It's also challenging to get a hold of them by phone. As far as the doctors go, I had a mixed experience during my two appointments. I went for a long term acne problem. I received the medication I asked for initially and the doctor appeared empathetic to my problem. However when I came back saying I could no longer take the medication because of side effects, I was given a prescription for a $100 dollar cream, told to come back in 6 months and rushed out. My doctor also said the medication was unfairly blamed for a lot of side effects, which made me feel that what I was experiencing was not real. I wasn't happy and felt like my 13 year long problem was not addressed. Also, the doctor I saw was only at the clinic one day per month which made scheduling difficult when I began a medication that required (with no exceptions) monthly appointments.
