  • We closed on our home on 8.2.2016 and absolutely love our home. All the upgrades we chose turned out exactly how I pictured it in my mind. And we closed right on time!! Scott was our sales rep and he was such a pleasure to work with. He answered all my phone calls and text messages in a timely manner which I really appreciated. The superintendent that did our home demonstration was really knowledgeable and showed us a lot of the features of our home that I would have overlooked if he didn't point them out. I've always wanted an American West home because I knew it would be a quality build and I am so excited to build our new life in ours.
