  • Decided to go for Chinese food during our Vegas trip, dropped into The Jade restaurant in china town. The waiter was very helpful and recommended a complimentary chicken dish, their house specialty will be served when 3 other dishes were ordered. Along with seafood w/XO sauce, braised tofu with bamboo fungus, choi- sum garlic stir fried, the complimentary Kwai-fei chicken was exceptionally delicious. We could taste the fresh cage free chicken flavor rather than previously frozen meat which most restaurants use. The chicken was not over cooked, well prepared with julienne scallion & a grated ginger deep on the side. Every dish was well consumed plus a complimentary dessert was served at the end of the meal. We felt our dinner was a bargain and well enjoyed by each of us, will surely return in the future when we visit Vegas again.
