| - I've heard about firefly & its previous demerits with the health district which is why I was reluctant to go at first...but I'm so glad I changed my mind! Coming in at around 10pm, our small party didn't end till around 1am. This is definitely the place to not only eat, but get a good conversation in.
TAPAS are amazing. Our group ordered several small plates to try it all out! Our dishes included machego Mac n cheese, stuffed peppers, Apple & machego salad, firefly fries, camarones a la Diabla, etc.
I don't eat bacon, but many others have loved the bacon wrapped dates (I wanna say it's called chorizo or something).
It was all so good my mouth continues to water. The apple and machego salad was different; definitely worth trying! The camarones a la Diabla were fancy, loved the sauce/dressing. I could go on and on about the stuffed peppers and the garlic cream cheese that was stuffed inside...but even then no justice would be served.
For dessert, us 4 girls ordered the dessert platter and that was more than enough to try their best sweet items. Flan was definitely the best!
Bottom Line: TRY what you can. It's delicious. It can get ridiculously busy, but they are open late.
