  • I am so angry right now! I went to look at engagement rings with my girlfriend and the salesperson said she would run a credit check to see what I COULD be approved for. On our way out, she suddenly said, "You'll be receiving a Kay card in the mail." As I left, I was like, "Wait, did I hear that right?! I never asked for a credit card?!" When I got home, I called the Kay Jewelers Credit Line and sure enough an account was created in my name. Worse still, that was all I could get through their automated system, and their call center with people who I will have to speak with to actually cancel this account is already closed for the night. I most certainly will NOT be getting a ring from this establishment.
