  • Pei Wei is the fast food version of P.F. Changs. When I say 'fast food', I don't mean there is a drive thru, the food is pre-made, and deep fried. P.F. Changs took a bunch of their more popular dishes and created a more casual atmosphere for the 'on the go' person or family. How it goes: Walk in Check out the menu Order at the counter Take a number Grab a seat Food will be served at your table The food is just as great, the service different because it requires more work on your part, and the meals could be a few bucks cheaper. Other than the cost, I would have given Pei Wei 4 stars.
