  • Bruce and Diane Halle ( founders of Discount Tires and major philanthropists in Phoenix) would be shocked to see how poor the customer service is at this store location. We've been buying tires at this location for years and the service has plummeted this last year. Waiting to get free air checks is a lesson in patience even though there are many technicians milling around. The desk staff is less than concerned about their level of customer service. Just lip service. We now go to a different location and will continues to do so. Wake up management. The customer service culture service starts with you!
