  • I lived in the @51 from Sep 2015 - Dec 2016. Overall, great experience! The staff is super helpful, and maintenance requests are processed in less than 24 hours. I loved the ability to pay everything online too. If you swing by to check out the complex, you've gotta see the pool. I'm confident it's the most luxurious in all of Phoenix (Super comfortable lounge chairs, gas fire pits, 360 views of the surrounding mountains). I had a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. The high ceilings and wood floors were a definite plus. The only con is it's not necessarily cheap for the area, but you get what you pay for. If you want to live well, live here.
