  • I dislike this location- the waxers aren't professional, the service is rude and most importantly the waxing technique is very poor (left me with many broken hairs) SERVICE: I felt so unwelcome- I arrived a little bit earlier before my appointment time and sat by the reception, about 5 minutes in, the receptionist (who was directly sitting across from me) asked if it was my first time there- it was. She told me to fill out the new client form. I asked her which form- she gestured with a nod to a clipboard at the end of the counter. I had to get out of my seat to get the clipboard, she didn't make the effort to hand it to me. When I got to the room, I was told to put my things (phone, wallet, cardigan) on a little chair that in hindsight may have been a stool. Somehow, there was wax on my phone when I left. WAX: I read on their website that they have a special "WAXON way" of doing waxing... but I can tell you that the way my wax was done wasn't even the PROPER way. The actual appointment was lightening fast, not in a good way. My wax was done without holding the skin taut or even holding the skin at all. As a result, it was more painful then it had to be. The waxer did a bad job of cleaning up and I had bits of wax on my skin and sticking to my work clothes until I got home that day. My waxer didn't check for any missed hairs nor was I offered a mirror or a chance to check. As soon as my wax was done, I felt rushed to get out of the room even before I could sit up. Once I stood up, the waxer immediately started to clean up and told me to go. I chose this location due to convenience (2 min walk from my office) and was hoping to switch here from my regular place, however, this was the most unprofessional wax salon I have ever visited.
