  • I would have given them no star for service if I could. We live in Vegas, meet up friends for dinner at this place a lot for happy hours and catching up. We came here with a few friends recently, and they had completely forgotten my husband's order. Waitress never came back to check on us until we question where his food was. Poor guy was hungry and watching everyone eat. We came back a few days ago thinking that's was just one incident and these things have never happened here before. Oh boy! Were we wrong. The same waitress was servicing us. This time no one got any food. We waited for over an hour. No one came to check on us or realize we were there for over an hour. We asked a guy who brought food out for the table behind us. He went to check for us. Maybe 5 minutes later a manager stop by saying our food was coming. The waitress came back to take our order again. Really? Seriously? We walked out of this place after waiting for over an hour with an empty stomach. Horrible service. We were a regular, frequent customer, and they just lost our business and our friends too.
