I had made an appointment online to get new tires put on my husband's car. Initially they couldn't find it in the system. When they did, they said it was for a different Madison location. When I got out to my car I double-checked my confirmation email, and sure enough it was for this location. Went back in to try to figure out what was going on. Somehow the system had an entirely different name for that appointment. So we got this figured out and they put the tires on. Took about an hour an a half. When it was all said and done, I got the discount for it taking longer. Kudos to your staff! Things did not start out on the right foot but I left being a very happy customer! They were very friendly, apologetic, and kept me updated on what was going on. Mistakes happen...how you handle them is what matters. I commend your team! Thank you!
