  • First time renter from Advantage and last time from Advantage. I don't mind waiting in line if people are trying their best to advance it but 45 mins to rent a car is not good. They know the loads based on reservations and should staff appropriately. 8-10 minutes transaction time with each customer trying to upsell and I get that is part of the gig but it took way too long.
