Purchased a 55inch samsung TV from Best Buy. 3 weeks later the picture on the TV went out. Best Buy only has a 15 day return policy. Absolutely refuses to assist us because we didn't foresee problems and purchase a warranty with geek squad. We were turned away rudely and advised to contact the manufacture. This has turned into a run around nightmare. 3 days later , still no TV or help. Thank you Best Buy for not assisting your customers with your bad products. Never again will I purchase ANYTHING from Best Buy!
