  • Me and my family drove down to Charlotte from DC to check on apartments. There was a sign on the door that said we'll be back at 4:30 it's 4:05. One of the managers walked right passed me and didn't acknowledge me. I asked are you guys closed she said yes. I responded then why does this sign say 4:30 and not we are closed. She then locked the door behind her and kept walking. I'm very big on customer service and just being courteous in general. For the lack of customer service me and my family will look elsewhere and not recommend this poorly managed place.
