  • This nail salon is very nice inside, however after several appointments I have decided not to return. This place does not manage appointments at all. In fact, don't waste your time making an appointment because they are never ready for you and you will have to wait. I believe Terry manages the place and he is constantly tending to the door, the phone, other clients while you are on your time. The quality of the products used is not good either... The acrylic nails start lifting within a week and the top coat is flawed with missing spots that do not get covered. The overall experience has not been good and I won't be back. Unless this salon hires someone who can manage appts, do cashiering, etc they will continue to lose customers. **I reviewed the correct place (it was not a mistake). I won't remove this review because it is accurate according to my experience on 4 separate appts. I had no issues with the staff working there, everyone was nice but you must fix the issue with appointments. My time is very valuable to me and I shouldn't have to wait when I have an appt. The rest has already been explained.
