  • I was shocked when I got to the waiting room. Waiting room was very run down & advertisements painted on the window made it look like a bargain basement outlet. Staff was friendly, but the dentist was not too friendly. He did not seem to be the "tender gentle dentist" I was looking for. There were 2 females waiting in the waiting room. One was yelling at her kids & the other was yelling at her kid in Spanish. I am normally afraid of the dentist & spend my time waiting in the lobby freaking out about if I would experience pain, but this time spent my time freaking out wondering about the cleanliness of the instruments. I have never seen a lobby of a dental office that looked like that.
