The staff is relatively friendly, but service inside is consistently slow since the location opened. They seem to focus on the drive thru rather than their inside customers. I usually wait 5-10 minutes for my drink inside even if I'm the only one in line and the seating area is relatively empty. I wish the baristas would even just tell me they'll get my drink soon or acknowledge my presence; otherwise, it's awkward to stand there in an empty space wondering if they forgot my drink. I don't mind waiting, and they are friendly and obviously busy, but more communication would be nice.
