  • My laptop fan was acting up, and Scott did an amazing job replacing it. He was highly responsive to my emails and answered every question I had politely and thoroughly. When I did not know how to order the fan I needed, he looked it up for me and sent me links for my different options -- WONDERFUL customer service! I was able to make an appointment at my convenience, and I picked up my laptop within two hours of dropping it off (which is fantastic when you're a nursing student with finals coming up!) I was quoted $100 at another business just for labor, and they said the cost of a fan could be anywhere from $30 to $120. NO WAY! I was able to purchase the fan AND get it repaired for only $80 with Geeks in Phoenix. Scott was incredibly kind and helpful, and I cannot recommend him enough. I will tell all of my family and friends to go to Geeks in Phoenix for any of their computer repair needs. Thank you, Scott!
