| - I have been a long time customer of this establishment since 2014. When Jim use to own the location. My Pug dog loves his grooming with Stacey and she has provided excellent service. Too bad the new owners are not good owners. Well, Richard is a decent man, his wife... not so much.
Unfortunately, today will be the last time I visit this location. The new owner Chin Ali Kuok was so rude, argumentative and offensive that I will never spend another penny here. She literally doubled the pricing of my grooming, without warning, then decided to tell me of services performed that I have never requested. After 4+ years, I believe there is never a variance in what services my dog receives.
They are clearly losing money, and it shows through Chin Ali Kuoks temper, combative and aggressive tone.
Well Chin Ali Kuoks, i spend over $2k a year at that store, but I assure you this. I will never spend another penny there or refer another customer to you for as long as you own this location. Which my estimate would be not much longer. Businesses (especially small) move closer and closer to bankruptcy, one lost customer at a time.

Across a 4 foot counter??hmmm. Accept this as notice, I will pursue any and all claims, allegations and defamation of character through legal channels. If you share any video footage, without proper posting of such video recording and without my consent, which I do not give, then I will pursue this cause to the full extent of the law.

Your are hear-by notified to retain and preserve said video, as I will formally and legally request copy for legal pursuit. Your shop owner has publicly made accusations against her own employee of stealing. This is bold defamation of character. In addition to the false accusations against me. I will be filling a formal complaint and legal cause of TORT-FRAUD against your business for claimed services provided and attempted charging for said services. He documented profile card and service dates, in addition to soon to requested Declarations from your groomer(s) and even precious business owner(s) will validate and confirm. The mere fact that you as a business choose to criticize customer feedback within a form that is designed to provide experiences from customers is such a clear indication of how NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented the owner(s) are not.
Your employee choose to put their hands on me, without justification, and to which I politely asked for them to remove their hands from me. My arms, neck, and back are still in much pain from this incident. In addition to the difficulty this pin and trauma has caused in my ability to sit or sleep. Which leaves me no choice but to file a formal complaint and cause in legal venue to address your businesses actions and the actions of those individuals (all parties) in court. You will hear from me soon.
